Platinum Service Process

Platinum Service Process

On behalf of S2 Financial Partners, we appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you and your Company/family. We developed our Platinum Service Process to help deliver unparalleled service. Recommended solutions are based on your individual goals and situation. The following process is designed to let you know what to expect as we move forward to help you work toward securing your financial future.

First Meeting

Discuss your concerns, goals and timeline to reach them

Assemble an inventory of your assets and liabilities to allow us to get a global view of your situation

Determine if your goals are reasonable based on the information you provided, the assumptions made and if we can add value to what you are already doing

If you/we feel we can add value to what you’re already doing, set the next appointment to present alternatives.

Second Meeting

Review your original goals

Present the alternatives based on your existing situation, risk tolerance and budget constraints

Discuss how it could be implemented and a time-frame

Schedule the implementation meeting

Third Meeting

Complete applications and necessary paperwork

Review what you can expect during the implementation process in terms of communication and  other contacts

Discuss annual review process

Update you on our website, email communications and client appreciation event schedules

Discuss our goals as a business and how you can be an integral part of our business through referrals, client focus groups and strategic alliances.

Our goal is to give you a client experience that you will want to share with your friends, business associates and family.
