S2 Financial’s Office Appointment Procedure Amidst COVID-19
1. Only essential personnel will be in the office while clients are present.
2. Clients have their own exclusive entrance through our side door. This allows for direct enter into our office and conference room without entering any of the building’s common areas.
3. S2 employees will wear masks for the entirety of the meeting.
4. S2 requests all visitors also wear a mask when inside.
5. Direct contact between S2 employees and clients will be avoided.
A. This include handshakes, hugs, and high-fives
B. Sanitizer will be readily available
6. Table will be disinfected before & after each meeting.
7. Separate pens will be available when signatures required.
8. Parking validation still available.
